Report an infringement

Draft reporting procedure · September 16, 2026

This is a proposed procedure for formal operation. We are reviewing staffing and the processes for restricting, removing and deleting reported pages and images. You can contact the email below now. We will announce the finalized procedure and effective date separately.

If you believe a page or image provided by Foliroom infringes your copyright, trademark, image rights, privacy or other rights, you or your authorized representative may request a review and removal.

How to report

Report to hello@foliroom.com — Use “Rights infringement report” as the subject. Tell us if the matter is urgent, such as exposed personal information.

Do not send unnecessary identity numbers, full ID copies, passwords or access keys. Redact unrelated personal information from evidence. If verification requires a secure method, email us first.

What happens next

  1. We check the report and URLs, and request only the additional information needed.
  2. We consider temporary access restrictions, removal, correction or other necessary action based on legal requirements and urgency.
  3. Where legally permitted, we explain the reasons to the customer, give them a way to respond and review the relevant evidence.
  4. We inform you of the outcome. Counterarguments or restoration requests may be sent with supporting evidence to the same email address and will follow applicable statutory procedures.

This guidance does not replace statutory reporting, removal or restoration requirements or limit other remedies. We will explain any required forms or additional evidence. Customer approval to publish is not, by itself, a reason to reject a report.

Pages, images and search results need separate attention

HTML pages and image URLs must each be checked. Even after action on Foliroom’s CDN and source storage, search indexes and third-party copies may need separate requests. Send the relevant URLs so we can explain what we control and the next steps.

Information about the reporter

We process report information only as needed to verify the report and respond to disputes. If information must be shared with the other party under applicable law or for fact-finding, we review and explain its scope. We do not share unnecessary personal information. See our Privacy policy for details.
